We are currently seeking a Branch Manager in Albany, Auckland. This is a chance to be involved in a fast-paced store and take advantage of the potential for growth within this area.

This is a 45-hour week Monday to Saturday with rostered start and finish times.

As Branch Manager you will be responsible for:

• Profitable sales of products
• Management and achievement of budgeted targets
• Training and development and direction of staff
• Development of business relationships with new and existing customers
• Strict Health and Safety procedures and compliance
• High standards of store presentation

To be successful you will possess:

• Proven skills and experience in retail sales
• Experience in managing a store and staff
• Excellent people, communication and business management skills
• Strong customer relationship skills
• An enthusiastic self-starter attitude and some knowledge of tyres (desirable)
• Automotive experience could be an advantage
