We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and capable Assistant Manager to join our close-knit and friendly team of professionals at our store. This is the perfect opportunity if you have got excellent sales, people management and organization skills. This is a 45-hour week Monday to Saturday with rostered start and finish times.

In this position you will:

• Drive sales in the store with the Store Manager
• Assist with administration, sales, profit and reporting
• Assist with coaching and supervising other store staff
• Assist in the store's workshop area, fitting tyres will be required
• Set instore targets to drive, achieve and report on monthly KPI
• Be capable of running the store in the Manager's absence
• Assist in creating and supporting a Safety First culture
• Saturday work is essential

If you have:

• Proven sales experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Tyre industry knowledge (preferred but not essential)
• Be a strong team player
• Attention to detail
• Strong Health and Safety focus
• A full clean driver's license
